Frequently asked questions

How do I measure off a plan?

Open your plan PDF, set the scale once (match a known dimension on the drawing, or pick the drawing's scale), then tap two points to get a length, or trace an area for square footage.

Why does my measurement look off?

Measurements depend on the scale you set and on the plan being drawn to scale. Re-check the scale against a known dimension on the sheet. Always verify critical measurements before relying on them.

Can I use it offline?

Yes. PlanBridge works offline on the job site.

What plans can I open?

Your own plan PDFs, plus images of a plan.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your content in the app, or email us at support@gravity-hero.com and we'll handle it.

Is my data private?

Yes. See our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your information.
