Frequently asked questions

How do I measure off a plan?

Open your plan PDF, set the scale once (match a known dimension on the drawing, or pick the drawing's scale), then tap two points to get a length, or trace an area for square footage.

Why does my measurement look off?

Measurements depend on the scale you set and on the plan being drawn to scale. Re-check the scale against a known dimension on the sheet. Always verify critical measurements before relying on them.

Can I use it offline?

Yes. PlanBridge works offline on the job site.

What plans can I open?

Your own plan PDFs, plus images of a plan.

What does PlanBridge cost?

PlanBridge is free to download on iPhone and Android. Lifetime Unlimited is a one-time $9.99 in-app purchase for unlimited jobs, plan sets, measurements and areas. No subscription is required. US price shown; confirm your local price before purchasing. Available device storage still applies.

What happens to my existing purchase or trial?

Existing Unlimited purchases remain valid. Use Restore Purchases with the store account used for your purchase. Eligible existing trials retain their original expiration date; updating does not restart or extend a trial. Once a trial expires, an Unlimited purchase is required for additional jobs or plan imports. Your saved work remains available.

Is cloud storage included?

No. Optional cloud storage would be a separate future service. It is not available yet. Local jobs do not require a subscription.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your content in the app, or email us at support@getplanbridge.com and we'll handle it.

Is my data private?

Yes. See our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your information.
